Aranhe's Lord of the Rings Music VideosHi, I'm Aranhe and, if I admit it, I'm probably slightly obsessed with Lord of the Rings, both books and film. When I don't admit it, I'm simply terribly 'focussed' :)The good thing about my obsession - apart from the opportunity to spend several weeks of my life in the cinema :) - is that LotR has inspired me to combine Lord of the Rings video, music and my video-editing skills. Here's the result, my little world of LotR music videos on the web. A very little world. One page, to be precise!Below you'll find my three Lord of the Rings Music Vids. Coming Soon

Coming Soon - I Will Carry YouMusic: 'I Will Carry You'' A dramatic vid examining Sam's friendship for Frodo. |

Holding Out for a HeroMusic: 'Holding Out for a Hero' Now perhaps I can be forgiven for indulging my friend on her birthday and, after all, Aragorn is the quintessential hero. Add the fact that Eowyn is in the market for a hero and the subject of the vid becomes Eowyn's unrequited love for Aragorn. The music might be slightly incongruous for Middle Earth, not to mention Lord of the Rings, but if you're a fan of Aragorn or 80's music, indulge yourself. It's meant to bring a smile rather than tears :) "I wished to be loved by another," she
answered. "But I desire no man's pity."
Holding Out for a Hero Reviews"The visuals, the words and the music are perfectly fitted. Moves superbly with the music. You can't sit still when you watch it!!!! :) "

Nominee ' Best Dramatic' |
Gollum's SongMusic: 'Gollum's Song' The theme is, well, Gollum. It's his song, after all. However Frodo is along
for the ride and where Frodo goes, Sam will follow. We're talking
angst rather than humour in this one. See the reviews
to help you decide if it's worth the effort! Gollum's Song Reviews"Wonderful job! I really enjoyed that. Watching it full screen made me want to see FOTR and TTT again. Keep up the good work!" "Again, great work on the music video. I am waiting for it to show up on VH1
or MTV. The movie scenes blended right in with the music."

Living ForeverMusic: 'Who Wants to Live Forever?' This was my first music vid ever, which some people find hard to believe, but I was inspired. I've always loved this anguished song by Queen. The theme is Arwen, Aragorn and the question of giving up life or immortality for something greater (with snippets of Elrond, Haldir and two seconds of Legolas and Boromir (don't blink) for good measure.) If you're patient enough to download it, I hope you enjoy it. See the reviews to help you decide if it's worth the effort! There are three versions of Living Forever - high-res DivX, medium-res DivX and medium-res Real Player. Click the appropriate link below to download the required version. For non-zipped files right click and then choose the relevant save option (e.g. 'save target as' for Internet Explorer). Living Forever Reviews"The song choice is absolutely perfect. Its dark, epic style sets
the pace for the whole video, which you have matched amazingly well with the
clips you've chosen. I am not overemphasizing when I say it is one of the most
beautifully done videos I've seen (and I've seen way too many!) Angsty, dark,
achingly sad, and gorgeous imagery. It gave me chills every time :)
Incredible Job!" "Very nicely done, in fact awesome. The scenes flowed with the music and the picture quality was fairly good full screen. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a first rate cinematic/music experience." "Your video is wonderful. That song has always been a favorite of mine, and you've made it even more poignant." "Wow ! That was wonderful ... cry again - sob again... "I made it. I saw it. Thank you again very much! It' s fantastic! You must have great senses to create such a video... And by the way... I was #3 then. With the tears I mean... :)"
To play a song vid in DivX format, you need the latest version of the DivX codec. (Without the codec you will have sound but no picture.) You can download DivX from: Windows: http://www.divx.com/divx/index.php
(Look for the text link to 'Standard DivX Codec(FREE)' ) Installation of DivX is easy. Simply double-click the downloaded file and it will automatically install the codec. Your media player will then show the video images.
